It’s a membership program for schools, districts, and organizations that provides access to training, resources, tools, and ongoing support to help administrators and booster clubs operate with confidence, stay compliant, and make a bigger impact for students.

School districts, single schools, state associations, regions, ISDs and ESCs, foundations, or sponsors who want to strengthen the booster clubs and programs in the schools they serve. We offer five membership levels to fit your needs: School Partner, District Partner, District Partner Plus, District Enterprise Partner, and Strategic Education Partnership.

It locks in today’s preferred NBCTC booster club renewal membership rate—helping booster clubs save on current and future membership dues. It protects the rate from increasing as long as the district partnership membership is active.

All booster clubs under the school or district are guaranteed a minimum of $150 savings every year on booster club membership dues compared to booster clubs that are not affiliated with a school or district membership. The more booster clubs your school or district has, the more money they save to expend in support of extracurricular programs.

Membership includes training, compliance resources, templates, preferred pricing, expert guidance, practical tools, the B.O.S.S. portal, and ongoing support from an assigned Club Advisor.

It reduces risk, improves compliance, strengthens oversight, saves time, and ensures booster clubs and administrators have the tools and training to be successful—ultimately benefiting students, schools, and extracurricular programs.

Yes! Members receive access to live workshops, on-demand training, compliance courses, and expert-led sessions throughout the year.

Membership dues are paid annually and are valid for 12 months from the date of activation. Renewal notices will be sent prior to expiration.

Authorized school and district personnel can receive support through the Partnership Membership. This may include superintendents, assistant superintendents, principals, assistant principals, athletic and activity directors, finance and business personnel, district booster coordinators, school booster liaisons, program administrators, and other designated staff responsible for working with or overseeing booster organizations.

Yes. Partnership Membership includes unlimited routine guidance and consultation for authorized administrators throughout the membership year, subject to reasonable-use provisions. This support is intended for day-to-day booster club questions, challenges, operational concerns, financial practices, fundraising, governance, compliance, leadership, insurance, and school-booster relationships. It does not replace legal representation, formal investigations, audits, accounting services, or extensive custom professional services that may require a separate agreement.

The School & District Partnership Membership does not automatically enroll every affiliated booster club as an individual NBCTC member. However, eligible affiliated booster clubs receive access to the district’s preferred membership pricing and the protected rate provided through the District Rate-Lock Guarantee. Once an affiliated club enrolls as an NBCTC member, it receives the applicable individual booster club member benefits—all at an initial and ongoing locked discount rate.

No. Partnership Membership guarantees the opportunity to schedule up to two qualifying school-wide or district-wide training programs each membership year at a discounted (typically 40%–60% off) Partnership Member rate. Qualifying workshop materials are included. The purpose of this benefit is to make it easier and more affordable for schools and districts to provide consistent training to administrators and booster leaders throughout the year.

Yes. NBCTC can tailor qualifying training programs around the needs, priorities, procedures, and common challenges of your school or district. Customized participant materials may also be included with qualifying workshops. More extensive custom manuals, handbooks, policies, forms, guides, or specialized resources are available at preferred Partnership Member pricing.

Yes. The School Partner membership level is specifically designed for individual schools and single-campus organizations. A school can begin receiving NBCTC support, training benefits, resources, and preferred booster club membership opportunities even if the larger district has not yet enrolled.

Annual membership fees are based primarily on the type and size of the organization, including student enrollment. Individual schools have a School Partner rate, smaller districts use the District Partner level, mid-size districts use District Partner Plus, and larger districts are placed into District Enterprise Partner enrollment bands. State associations, regional education organizations, and other large-scale partners may qualify for custom Strategic Education Partnership pricing.
